At the Farm, not only will you find Grass and Clay tennis courts, indoor Doubles Squash and Badminton, but also plenty of lawn games.  Remember those great summer picnics when you played croquet, pitched horseshoes or threw the Frisbee?  Croquet is played on a putting-green type court.  The horseshoe pits have sand in them, so come test out the theory that the body movement, weight transfer and timing used in tossing horseshoes is very much like a good forehand or backhand ground stroke in tennis and squash.  You can also throw the Frisbee around an 18-hole championship Disc Golf course, affectionately known as the "Goochland National".

And what better way to wind down than refreshments on the porch and a game of Table Tennis?  Perhaps even try your hand at the Ring on a String game which presents a more cerebral and addictive challenge.
